Oceanside Chapter 706 of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association (NARFE) provides the NARFE local link to Oceanside, Camp Pendleton, and neighboring city of Carlsbad.
The monthly Chapter meetings are free and open to all visitors. Federal employees and retirees are encouraged to attend the meetings, get resources from this web site and get involved in the organization.

The Oceanside Chapter 706 meets on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 1:30 PM. There is no meeting in August; December's meeting is the first Friday.

Genealogist Julie Miller will speak to our group about how you can begin to trace your
family tree. Researching your ancestors can be a fun and rewarding hobby. Join us as
Julie explains how to get started with genealogy! Julie’s motto is “Remember them all.”.
